Meet our Founder

Jody Mayes our founder and President came up in the manufacturing industry running a saw cutting steel nearly 30 years ago. He slowly moved his way through various areas of the industry including, running manual milling and turning equipment. Then he was trained on CNC equipment to set up, making offsets and run production jobs. He moved from this to learning how to mig weld and building the framework for heavy equipment and heavy tables weighing in excess of 5500 pounds each. He then moved into shipping and receiving to learn the process of product movement not only within the company but outside the company as well. He then took it upon himself to learn Mastercam so he could further his career in design and programming. He was tasked with new product job quoting for his department on top of supporting 13 CNC machines. He was then moved into a management position to oversee 25 employees on the production floor, while continuing his programming role.

Mr. Mayes knows dedication as he has proved it over and over for his entire career.
